What a great question! We have installed cameras inside the rooms and have you under surveillance for safety reasons. If we see you violating this rule, your entire group will be asked to leave the room immediately. You will not be issues a refund.

We understand that things can come up. If you can't make a reservation, please notify us 3 business days prior to the date of the reservation.

It really depends... some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pace-maker, severe heart condition, epilepsy, claustrophobia, are growing a baby, or have a physical disability which makes standing, crawling, or climbing difficult we may politely ask you to not participate. Remember our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.

The door you enter acts as both an entrance and an emergency exit. You can leave the mission at any time for any reason. Our trained operators will assist you.

Absolutely not! You may not bring in any digital devices or flammable substances. This is for both your safety and also because the lighting can be part of the puzzles. We also don't want you taking picture while inside the room. If we want, you to have light we will give it to you; You will find a flashlight or a light switch.

The rooms are designed to be played with larger group sizes. We recommend a group of 2-6 for ideal play.

Sure you can! There is no restriction on clothing and certainly no dress code. Feel free to play our rooms in any cloth that is comfortable for you.
